About Your Trainer

Hi, I'm Katie Rishover! I've been a fitness professional with a love for feel good fitness for 12 years now. I started my journey in the extremely rewarding world of kids health & fitness, moved into teaching group fitness classes at Les Mills and wound up a well-seasoned 1-2-1 personal trainer.

I can honestly say there isn't a day I wake up and am not excited to go to work. Fitness is not about punishing your body, it's about being in awe of what your body can do.

Like most people, I've battled with food for a long time, but what I've learned about fitness (and especially nutrition), is that every day is a journey, and it does take discipline. But quitting is not an option.

Fitness is fun. And if you're coached by the right person, it's inspiring, fulfilling, and soon to be an entirely new lifestyle.

Movement That Will Make You STRONG

The key to keeping a consistent fitness routine, is to keep it interesting. Every body is different. So the way your body likes to move is something really personal. For me, I've tried every form of exercise imaginable.

I have a black belt in kickboxing. I love to run. I love cross fit. And I absolutely loathe going on walks.

And the only way I could discover that is by doing all of these things. Repeatedly. Until I found out if it was for me, or (in the case of going on walks) absolutely not.

I want to help you discover that movement is never dull. Sick of lifting weights? Try a boxing session. Boxing not enough of a challenge anymore? Climb on the air bike! Just. Keep. Going.

Every body is different. That's why I offer personalised plans, based on your current stats, goals, and preferences. Whatever goal you want to achieve, I will put together a highly personalised plan for you.

Whether the circumstances have you stuck at home, or you're ready to smash it out in the gym (or just getting to know the gym!), I will put together a plan based on your location, equipment, and time.

This plan stays relevant as I regularly check in with you to track your progress. Based on your progress, the plan evolves with you as I evaluate and adjust as you go.

Whether you're a beginner, just coming off a hiatus or an experienced fitness fiend who's just reached a plateau - I'm here to help you get results.

Personalised Meal Plan

Nutrition is such an important factor in getting your body in the shape you want. It is like they say, bodies are made in the kitchen. So if a transformation is what you're after, it's so important to get the nutrition part right.

But the truth is there is so much misinformation out there, that it often feels like every diet is the wrong one. Let me tell you this: diets are not the way.

Based on your goals, macros and energy requirements, lean body mass and dietary preferences (whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just don't like avocados) I will put together a meal plan for you that's easy to stick to and will help you get results faster at the same time!
