Hi, I'm Katie Rishover! I've been a fitness professional with a love for feel good fitness for 12 years now. I started my journey in the extremely rewarding world of kids health & fitness, moved into teaching group fitness classes at Les Mills and wound up a well-seasoned 1-2-1 personal trainer.
I can honestly say there isn't a day I wake up and am not excited to go to work. Fitness is not about punishing your body, it's about being in awe of what your body can do.
Like most people, I've battled with food for a long time, but what I've learned about fitness (and especially nutrition), is that every day is a journey, and it does take discipline. But quitting is not an option.
